Rub Vaseline or Mentholatum generously on the bottom of my feet, put on socks, and sleep the night away. For some reason this helps me sweat it out.

Smoothies! Lots & lots of smoothies. With spinach, ginger, carrot & tons of fruit in them. Also – a soak in a bath with lavender & rosehip oil reading a good book; followed by an early night to bed.

I drink apple cider vinegar with warm water, lemon and honey. Smells and tasted awful but it works.

Vitamin C, echinacea, Honey with lemon & hot water, Saline nasal drops and sprays,Zinc, Salt & water, Chicken noodle soup. Lots of sleep!
